Hello. I recently moved from virgin to 02 and the information about my bill charge is different to what I was quoted when I changed over , could someone contact me to discuss this please as your asking me to make a payment shortly. The data allowance is less and the cost is more than I had with virgin I await your call thank you. [Personal details removed]

Go to the down facing arrow above the date and time in your post and click Edit Reply.

This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. No one will call you.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
