Hi, I was disconnected last week as I forgot to pay my device plan (I’m a teacher so it’s been more hectic than normal) and as a result was disconnected. Not an issue, I paid, left it 48 hours expecting it to take a little longer to be reconnected, restarted my phone and then reset my network setting but 5 days later I’m still unable to contact my vulnerable gran or my school. I also can’t call O2 to try and resolve this as there is no chat or calls allowed from my phone. I’m at a loss as my phone is crucial to me. Any suggestions please?

You will need to borrow a phone to get through to O2. They are the only people who can reconnect you Guide: How to find help & contact O2
