Hi I would like to ask why I have 2 direct payments from nime bank account

One payment is for your airtime and the other is for your device plan.

Hello! I've also had two Direct Debit payments today. So I've been charged twice my usual amount.

 

This is following a new Direct Debit set up on July 14th.

 

I don't pay for my device through o2. So I should only be paying my tarrif.

 

Any ideas what's happened?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217 )
