How do you set up on line a direct debit to pay my monthly bill.  In error I cancelled my DD with LLoyds, want to set up a new one.

If you had one set up but cancelled in error I think you have to contact customer services to reinstate http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Contact your bank or check in your online banking app as they usually remain so they can be reinstated.
