Hi I checked for phone but i didn’t buy it now from my account you take payment I want this payment refund

It wont be a direct debit.. 

o2 dont have your money to refund, as your bank ring fences the funds, and then releases it within 24hrs to 14days depending on there timescales. this is called a pre authorisation.

 
If you need it quicker you need to speak to your bank, and see if they can release it earlier..
