Hi, I changed my tariff last month, I got new sim, swap them and already using new, I should pay since then 15 per month, but I got notice thad in this month they charge me not like for new deal but my old price. Should I cancel old direct debit and then O2 can set up new one?

Your first Direct Debit, after changing tariff is pro rata's at the old monthly charge and then the new rate. 

 

You can check your bill in myo2 but if you need more help If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
