How can I change my bill date and have the monthly payment come out on the 1st of each month?

Hi @Carolbun you need to call customer service on 202 from your phone to change the date

The only way to change the billing date is to contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You may find that the 1st isn't an option. Sometimes the 1st, the 2nd and the last two days of the month aren't used by banks for direct debits.
