I want to change my Bank details for my Direct Debit monthly but cannot find anywhere on the website to do this. It just keeps sending me round and round but no answer. Can't phone because the lines are limited.
How am I supposed to do this,I'm changing banks and need this to be done soon!!

You need to go to "manage my details" in your MyO2.

If you go to My O2, under the section Manage My Details you can change the bank there.
However, if you want to change the DATE of your DD, you have to contact O2
