I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago and had a confirmation email etc. Not heard anything since. Monthly Direct Debit was set up and has been taken out yet I don't have a phone and haven't heard anything from O2. Has anyone else had similar experience?

if it was a new order and out of stock you wouldnt have had a direct debit setup as an account is not created until a new order is dispatched, check emails both spam/junk and see if there are order confirmations, check original order for order number and ring CS to track the parcel, would be dispatched via UK Mail

Could be a stock problem, if you're charged before you get the phone note the dates and they should refund you.
