I paid my device plans for all three of my devices on the 9th of Dec & as usual the direct debit went through without a problem, but now My o2 is saying I still have to pay my devices plans for December even though I've received my bill for January? help.

It may just needing to update as mine is still showing my device payment for December as not being paid but it may rectify itself after a few days

They should be able to see straight away that the device plans have been paid off and should either adjust the bills or refund accordingly.
