Hi all,
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for a device plan payment to show on your account?
My last direct debit payment was taken on 24th but my account is still showing that the settlement amount is the amount of the last payment.
I would like to upgrade and don't want to overpay on the device plan.
Any help is much appreciated

The payment on 24th is my last device plan payment, but for some reason the DD hasn't come out!
I think it's an issue with my bank because for some reason they cancelled my DD for my electric last month ¬_¬. I'll have to call up when i've finished work and pay it on my card. Thanks all for your help

I paid off my device plan earlier over the phone. My new upgraded plan shows my new monthly device plan but still shows my next bill due date then it will show all my new tariff details
