Device Plan Question - Hopefully Easy

Anonymous
Not applicable

I can't seem to get my head round this one, hopefully someone can tell me where I am going wrong.

So I upgraded today to the iPhone X and paid of my device plan in total - £420.

Now my bill is generated 25th every month (£35 for the device plan) and is collected via Direct Debit on the 7th of the following month.

Surely therefore the settlement amount for the device plan today should have been £385? Or will O2 now not collect the £35 on the 7th November? Or will the £35 collected on the 7th now come off my new device plan for the iPhone X?

Thank you all

they shouldnt collect the DD  as it automatically adjust to the outstanding balance, to upgrade to need to clear the full CCA agreement.  But you can call Customer service to clarify this as they be able to see if a DD is pending for the 07/11/2017

It won’t come off the new device plan as it is connected to the old tariff
