I think I’m due my deposit back and I’ve not received this, I want to confirm when I’m due it back !

If you have paid 3 bills on time the deposit will be credited on your 4th bill.

You may have to wait a little longer as |O2 are running with a depleted service due to the current crisis

So on my 4th bill I should get a refund into my bank or will it just be on my o2 account?

You will need to call 202 to get the credit transferred to the bank account @Lilli

Hi my deposit has been credited on to my account and when I try call them they keep hanging up! I do not want credit on my account I want it in my bank instead can anyone help me
