So dhl are delivering my phone and it says on their website when I go to track my order that the item has been collected. That was on Friday, so is it likely my phone will arrive tomorrow even though there have been no further updates?

It is now saying that it has been delayed and to contact the sender, but I can’t speak to 02 because they are limiting calls to just fraud and lost items

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
