It generally costs a retailer more for a service which offers saturday delivery which is why you will find a lot only offer Monday to Friday. Some will offer Saturday but will normally charge about £5-£10 extra for a Saturday delivery although that varies from retailer to retailer.

Hi

Typically it is Mon- Fri

However it's not too late to cancel at all.

Sounds like a fob off.

It pays to ring back sometimes or perhaps wait a couple of days for delivery ( if it's in stock ! )

Just had a quick look at some of the competitors websites and they are all quoting Monday delivery too 😞

They may have meant too late to cancel the delivery as it may have been despatched, in which case you would just need to refuse receipt if you intend to purchase elsewhere.

If the phone is in stock, yes, you should get it today.
If you have been emailed a tracking number you can track the phone on the relevant companies website.

It will be more accurate to use the relevant couriers website for tracking as the info will be updated quicker, I would imagine.
