Bought a phone from O2 today expected it to be delivered tomorrow . But not till Monday . Thought Saturday was a working day these days lol . When I said I wanted to cancel they said I will transfer you to that department . When they did that department said it's too late to cancel doh not happy. .

I would use both to accumulate as much info as possible and or as a last resort ask O2 Customer Services

Don't forget the couriers can deliver up till 8.00pm. Hope you get the phone today but until you get the tracking details it will be difficult to say.
