Hey!,
So i don’t know how to actually describe this but; I’ve got a monthly bill for about £25, and for the past few months i’ve been paying only 0.90 to 2.00 at minimum for each, with the app saying that my balance was brought forward.
Its not a big deal, but was wondering if anyone help knew what was happening and could briefly explain it haha. I have no clue why my balance was brought forward either, but if any help is available, i’d appreciate it

You may have a credit from a trade in or recycle of an old phone or a credit added for some kind of issue you have suffered.
