First time posting here, so I have a couple of iPads, phone and Apple Watch on contract with 02 been a customer for over 10 years.

 

I’ve been working away from home for about 2 Months  and a half  to get home too fined out I some how missed a payment, talked to some one at 02 saying I can’t set up my payment plan back with 02 and have too pay £1100 up front for the iPad is this correct ? Seems crazy to me

Check carefully what your MyO2, web or app version, says about your payment history and your CCA and Agreement: Guide: How-to guide for My O2 - all details are stored there.

Then you need to talk to O2 Customer Services directly - contact details are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - call at around 08:10am UK time, and be prepared to wait while music is played at you for several minutes before getting to talk to someone. This sequence works best for getting through to an advisor:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
