Hi,
Today, I received a letter dated 14th September about a bill in the amount of £84.50. This seems higher than expected. Usually, my monthly payment for the device plan is £ 6.50. Is my direct debit still set up?
I would have responded sooner but unfortunately, my email address doesn't accept new emails currently. I will update my email address today.

Sounds like the full amount of the device plan is due, but this is a customer to customer community, so you will need to call o2 and speak to the payment management team on 0800 902 0217
