Hi @Igor1967 It's only free in the countries in Europe when you can use your allowances as you would at home.

For all other countries,  check out this guide Guide: Roaming MegaGuide 

Edited to add, we advise to use Wifi wherever you can in countries where you would be charged and also turn off Voicemail in those countries.

Europe

On a standard allowance, you can go anywhere in europe to use your device and call european numbers and uk numbers free of charge and use your allowance of data. (example you go to germany, you can call a german number and a uk number and browse the internet ect, and its free of charge.)

Outside Europe

If you have a superior data allowance of 20 gb or more (on sim only) or if you have a phone contract (you need to specifically check if inclusive zone is included in your tarif) you can visit select countries that I have posted in the link below. if it's not included in your tariff, you can always "flex up" to take advantage which the inclusive zone becomes active after the next bill you recieve.
