Data run out- 1st time ever. What caused this?

Causes for using up data . 5 days to go.

Using AOL app on phone ?

      App added. Only wanted mail but got whole of AOL

Wrong setting ?

What should the setting be when phone is mostly used at home

Any other settings etc to check.?

The phone is shut down until 25th.  Is it ok to use it in-house for Whats App, & Messages

Hi @Jenny105 , turn off mobile data in the phone settings, then you can use just wifi till the renewal date.

Via settings.       ?          I have an odd phone it has 2 facias. I will have to go into the advanced settings to sort this but thanks.             

Will i be charged for anything hat has come in while the phones been off   eg  Aol

@Jenny105 As long as Mobile Data is off you won't use any mobile data and therefore no charges.

If you can connect to wifi and mobile data is turned off, you can still use the internet with no extra charges. 

The phone can't use any data when turned off.
