Data not working Internationally

Hi there! I have been in Italy for 2 weeks, but my data is not working. I can receive calls, it’s just about mobile data. I already changed APN to mobile.o2.co.uk and restarted my phone.

Sounds like you need to contact customer services to check if you have an international bar on your account @Rads .

You can either phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202, or try messaging on social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Also try:

1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network

3 - Remove and reinsert sim card.
