Hi. My daughters pay monthly phone will not send or receive text as soon as she leaves the house Wi-Fi, also find my phone will not work. She has unlimited text and unlimited calls. Any answers would be greatly appreciated

Are you sure she is trying to send a text and not an iMessage @Gracie04 ? That sounds more like the issue if she is only able to send messages while connected to WiFi.

Check if the sim is enabled. (Can calls be made away from wifi?)
Check mobile data is on and enabled for find my iPhone.
Check that location services are enabled.
Check that location sharing is enabled.
Check that she is signed into her Apple ID and iCloud.
