Hi guys, so I'm new to o2 and just received my contract phone yesterday but when I took it out online I forgot to add phone insurance, I'm looking on app and website for it but can't find it anywhere,. Preferably online apply only as I struggle with talking over phone Any help is much appreciated.

I think you'll need to call them @Ellie32 , but you can try messaging on social media to see if they can help.

You can also get insurance from other places - paid for bank accounts sometimes include insurance, and contents insurance for your house could also cover it so it is worth checking your terms and conditions elsewhere to see if you are already covered.
