Data bolt on usage monitoring

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've just joined o2 on a 4gb per month contract.

Turns out it's actually a 1gb contact with a 3gb bolt on. This is fine, but in the o2 app the 3gb bolt on is displayed separately and doesn't seem to tell you what is left like the main allowance does.

Is there a way to change this?

TIA.

I've just checked one of my contracts which has an extra data bolt on and it's all shown on the main allowances page.
Yours might be because the contract is new and may correct itself after your next bill, but you can always call 202 and ask customer service to look at it for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

As of today the app now shows all 4gb of data in the main allowance page.

Problem solved! Must have just been bedding in.
