This doesn't give data allowance just calls and texts.

Hi @Anonymous

When you say cannot see, do you mean you cant find it in the usual place or does it not show at all? if so do you get an error message.

The message for balance will have a link for the data usage , it wont tell you what it is.The link takes you to My o2, so if the problem is there it still wont allow you to see it....Smiley Indifferent

Sending a text will not give you your data remaining in the reply. If you're not able to see what you want to on your MyO2 page, contact Customer Service. 202 if Pay Monthly, 4445 if Pay & Go.

Some phones have a Data Usage graph page in Settings that will tell you how much data you have used.
