I cannot see my data allowance either through the app or my account through the website. Been this way for a few days now.

Who knows. I haven't heard directly from Customer Services. I did contact them earlier in week but they just said would be resolved in the 5 working days quoted. They did say they would chase up though so maybe that works. Still working today so all seems well.
