Well you say you checked MyO2 and it told you that you had 10gb left of a 30gb allowance with 30 days left until till the cycle refreshes. So it would appear you have received your additional 20gb of data.
Is it that you only have 10gb left with 30 days to go that you're actually querying?

You probably have a discounted tariff, where the additional data kicks in when you have used your base data.
