Hi wondered if anyone can help my phone bill cycle refreshes the 16th of every month and I get unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 30 GB of data, my contract tarrif is unlimited minutes and unlimited texts and 10 GB of data plus 20gb additional data free so in total o get 30 GB of data all has been ok til this month I haven't received my extra additional 20 GB of data wondered if anyone would know why . I will be contacting 02 this morning to get sorted but wondered in the meantime if anyone knew why . Looked on my 02 app and says 10 GB left of 30 GB 30 days left .

Well you say you checked MyO2 and it told you that you had 10gb left of a 30gb allowance with 30 days left until till the cycle refreshes. So it would appear you have received your additional 20gb of data.

 

Is it that you only have 10gb left with 30 days to go that you're actually querying?

Lover of all things Samsung. Currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus 128gb

You probably have a discounted tariff, where the additional data kicks in when you have used your base data.

Have you had it for 13 months already as the extra allowances are only available for 12 months and then it reverts to the base tariff.
