Hi, hoping someone can help. I have added my sisters device to my account in the hopes to data share as weirdly I can get a better tariff than she can even though we both have recently new Iphones, both on refresh accounts. However on the app theres nowhere to 'tick' to share data. I have seen messages on here about this and to get a account set up as a sharer, I have rang o2 5 times with no way of actually getting through to speak to an actual person to action this. I dont want any of the options given on these calls and I go round the houses for them to say bye! So is there a way to actually speak to someone to action this, or better still.............give the same tariff to my sister. She called and said they cant and to get the same tariff for her is over £10 more than my £3.

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
