I have a dual SIM phone, my O2 UK sim refuses to connect to the only available network AT&T on both automatic or manual.  It times out when I try to connect to 4g or 5g.  My O2 Espana, different company, works flawlessly.

I have attempted to contact support on both Messenger and X but yet to get a reply.

Is there anything I can do?

Lately, only US T-Mobile, selected during a manual search for networks, has proven successful for O2 Contract customers roaming in the USA, @spamalam. More on recent changes in USA here if you need them: USA - Roaming with O2

Good luck.

Okay, so that works... What's annoying is it's listed as a 'forbidden network' but it's actually the only one that works!  Took forever to connect but get 5g!

Thanks so much

You're welcome, @spamalam - enjoy the trip, and the T-Mobile 5G signal.
