DPD delivery

Hi

I ordered a new IPhone on 27th May which included next day delivery. The order status says complete but still no IPhone. Every time I check DPD tracking it says due for delivery today. I’m worried the phone has been lost. Right now I’m paying for something I don’t have.

You need to contact O2. It's their job to chase up the phone for you. All number in this guide

I did. They said they would phone me back after contacting DPD but they never called back. So disappointed. I’m paying for a phone I don’t have. So much for customer service.
