If only customer services took the reports seriously it could have been fixed sooner!
Unfortunarely i think customer service is general (not just o2) think all customers dont know what they're talking about.. While im sure that can be the case for the less tech savvy people, when you have multiple reports on their social media pages reporting exactly the same issue, i agree it should be taken seriously
