Yes I did say in my earlier post that I thought it was a little late to be contacting your bank to request an overdraft. It also may be too late to stop the DD being processed even if you contact O2 (they may tell you this.) However if you don't ask you wont get anywhere so I would ring CS. They may be kind to you... as I am sure they are aware that lots of people are in a similar situation post Christmas.:smileywink:
