Hi
I can't view my bill or old bills, I click the link and the I get the above error message.
I think this may have started after I linked two accounts as I left O2 and recently returned. Please could someone tell me if there is a solution to this problem?

Your best option would be to contact customer service and have them reset your account and sign in details.
