Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

There is an ongoing problem for many customers but for downloading bills which I suppose could be related to your issue despite a different error message.
Have you tried the usual such as clearing cache and cookies or trying a different browser?

I wasn't sure if this was a different issue or related so I didn't flag it for merging. Hopefully it's related and will be resolved at the same time as the others that have been having these problems for way too long now.

@Anonymous I have had some degree of success getting PDF of my missing bills for my Air Time Plan for July and August, and the payment record for my Device Plan, e-mailed to me by contacting the O2 Social Media team, @O2, on Twitter. They will want to chat with you on-line and take you through the various security questions first.
If you prefer to Facebook, I think the same team is at the end of O2's Facebook presence as well, but I am not big into Facebook, so do not know their Facebook id.
I have heard from another source that the intention is to have the broken bits of www.o2.co.uk wrt. bills and PDFs thereof, all working again by the time the next billing cycle starts on 01-Sep-2017 - so fingers crossed! @Marjo, @MercedesS, @Martin-O2 fyi.
