So, having problems paying bill due to financial problems. Have arranged a payment plan with o2. Was connected again and could use my data and make calls. But now I can't. Can't even ring o2 to find out what's going on. Any suggestions?

@BenGarf

You need to speak to payment management.

You can use Skype to call.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Unfortunately the o2 systems will automatically cut you off if it sees and unpaid bill, even if you have a payment plan.
You will need to get in touch with the payments team again and they will turn your phone back on - until the system gets involved again.
The direct number for them is on the link below, and you can use Skype to call the 0800 number too.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
