So an update, I've been wrongfully told I haven't paid my bill, and now my phone's calls have been diverted to a line that will not connect to anyone (there is no one to take my call) I am a key worker and need my phone for work and I cannot physically get in touch with anyone. What do I do?

Hi all

 

I finally got a number and got through to them on 0800 0901808

 

However this is a number for customers with issues. Could be mobility, or something like that. I called and the gentleman answered me with no issues. The wait is a little long but perseverance is key.

 

Hope you're able to sort out your issues with them.
