Cut off and cannot call or pay

Hi all.
Can anyone from 02 arrange for an actual person to call me to discuss payment plan.
I’ve just been disconnected and so I’m using WiFi to access the forum.

Every call is diverted to the automated payment line to which I currently cannot pay. I live alone so cannot borrow a phone to call 02.

And all conversations have said is to call 02 😭

Can anyone arrange for an 02 customer support person from payment department to call me please so I can set up a promise to pay and get back online.
I can pay on Wednesday next week.

You can use Skype to call payment management.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
