Currently SIMO, if I upgrade online to a new SIMO deal will I need a new sim?

Hi there I am currently on a SIMO deal for 20GB data for £21.84, currently on my upgrades there is 20GB SIMO but for £20. Can I upgrade to this without any costs or disruption to service?

Same here. I did it once when I was in Spain. Nothing changed (only in My O2) and my service continued as normal. I had a text and an email.

Same here, although I went in store a month ago, it was all changed over, no issue at all,

You do realise that in the context of the £1.84 saving now, upgrading  could potentially cost you more now if any better offers come up before your next upgrade date. Just something to chew over....
