As far as we know, tere is no phone number, just a fax and email address.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I had 2 contracts accepted and one refused my credit rating is Excellent according to Equifax and Expererian. I had 2 dropped calls to o2 then when I called back the wait was over 30 mins and they said that the call won’t be answered. The lady on the phone did say they have a dedicated credit line number to sort this out as there seems to be a mistake somewhere

It’s a dedicated line to their credit team that they said was open until 9pm
