I have been putting up with slow speeds and connection issues for far too long now... neither calling o2 or visiting stores for help could not fix this... I have been using a plusnet card along side my o2 and it just blows the o2 sim out of the water. I need to leave o2 but can never get through on live chat, I can't call as I'm deaf so really need help to leave... can someone offer a direct link to the team I need to speak to..?
