It’s been around 2 months that I’ve been trying to get a response from the credit referrals team and desperately need them to reply, otherwise I run the risk of messing up a mortgage application.

This was for an Apple Watch adding onto my existing contract that I’ve had for around 10 years.

Does anyone know a number for credit referrals or what any member of the O2 team can do to rectify this please?
