Hi my screen is cracked due to a fall and I’m having problems using my phone
Can I take it to an o2 store for screen replacement or phone replacement?

Thanks

@Graces

If you have O2 insurance your store will process a claim and send it off for you.

If no insurance, you may find it cheaper to go to an independent phone repair shop.

You can still get a quote from O2 but may be expensive.

Otherwise, you could just buy a new phone from O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The o2 stores don't fix screens in store but they can send it away for a quote for it to be repaired, make sure you back everything up as it's put back to factory settings at the repair centre. If you have insurance you could make a claim, or when in store ask how much it would be to upgrade as this maybe a cheaper option. If the phone is unusable make sure you take a driving license or passport into store with you , so they can get into your account. @Graces

If you have no insurance I would take it to a local mobile repair shop. It will be far cheaper than anything O2 will offer.

Check in your MyO2 for your upgrade options and prices.

It will be cheaper in the short term as it may only be a small monthly increase for you.

You can also sell your old damaged phone to help you with payments.
