Covid 19

I am out of work due to covid, rang up last week and call Center said I should cancel divert debts and ring up to let them know I’ve tried but can’t get through

That's very poor advice as you will get shafted for not paying.

You need to arrange something better with O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
