Hi my 3G coverage indoors has been next to non-existent for the last 6 months, but the the coverage checker always shows good 3G coverage indoor and out for my postcode, and the live results always show no network problems.
Everytime I call o2 customer services or report the problem using their app, they simply parrot back what the coverage checker says (or their version of the same database).
Whichever phone my SIM is in doesn't make any difference, and my wife has the same problem with her phones & SIM. 2 Neighbours have the same problem, but o2 just carries on denying there's a problem.
What can I do to actually get this fixed?

The coverage checker doesn't change because of a fault, what a strange idea of a lie you have.
Everyone affected should report this.

The more people you can get to report it the better. So ask your wife and everyone at your neighbours addresses that have the problem to report it as well.

Until 4g launches in your area ther is no guranteed coverage for 3g indoors.
Your comment makes re live checker I assume http://status.o2.co.uk reads like there are problems or did you mean no problem

Not sure what your point is. As a matter of fact, there is apparently no fault yet the coverage checker says there is good indoor 3G coverage...but there isn't. The other's have reported it, but get the same dumb line as I'm given ..."computer says it's OK so it must be"

Thanks - you're right I mistyped, the live coverage shows NO faults. 4G has indeed rolled out.

@Bambino wrote:Not much. The area may be showing good coverage, but an individual property may have constructional reasons for blocking a signal. No network can guarantee that you'll get a signal everywhere.
In fact the 3G is usually non-existent outside too, for at least 1/4 mile around the postcode
