Resolved! very poor service

I have been calling o2 for three days and can never ever talk to anyone. I have just spent half an hour on hold. I would get my PAC code and move to EE but I cant speak to anyone to ask.

Resolved! changing tariff

Igot the international calls sim but i want to change my tariff to a £15 a month Unlimited UK O2 to O2 calls and texts and 100MB data. How do i do that ?

Resolved! Simplicity Troubles

Has anyone else taken up one of the Simplicity options? I'm having no end of trouble with mine as I was told, you'll keep your old sim card and number but just the tariff rates will change, great i thought nice and easy..... So far I am still not get...
