Coverage checker lies

Hi my 3G coverage indoors has been next to non-existent for the last 6 months, but the the coverage checker always shows good 3G coverage indoor and out for my postcode, and the live results always show no network problems.

Everytime I call o2 customer services or report the problem using their app, they simply parrot back what the coverage checker says (or their version of the same database).

Whichever phone my SIM is in doesn't make any difference, and my wife has the same problem with her phones & SIM. 2 Neighbours have the same problem, but o2 just carries on denying there's a problem.

What can I do to actually get this fixed?

The ultimate avenue would be to change networks for one that supplies stable signal.

This is if your out of contract or willing to pay any contractual agreement up with o2.

If so obtain alternative SIM cards from other networks to test out where you reside, commute and work.

If your phone is locked to o2 then it can be unlocked free of charge or £15 for payg - t&c apply
