Courier services - premium and standard

Hi 

Has anyone used the premium delivery service? How much is it? I'm looking to get a new phone delivered with the pre 1030 service but hoping someone has tried it first...

Also whats the difference between O2 using DPD and UK Mail? Are either more reliable? Can I pick which one delivers to me?

I haven't used the premium service at all so can't comment. From personal experience I would choose DPD. You can track the driver and your parcel on their live website. They also give you an hour time slot for delivery...

Vastly superior to UK Mail

I personally don't....and was just stating the best courier service out of those two...

The only time I've paid extra, is for a courier service over Royal Mail but I've never had the choice of couriers, that's usually down to the company I'm buying from.

To me they are all as good or as bad as each other depending on the staff they employ. I've said repeatedly I've never had a problem with uk mail or any other courier If I'm honest .
