Cost to ring a pay-as-you-go number?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Silly question...I have never used o2's pay-as-you-go before, and just wanted to confirm that there is no difference in cost for my friends on other networks to ring my pay-as-you-go number as opposed to me having a monthly contract. From what I can tell, how I pay for my account shouldn't affect how their providers see my number as o2 is a major UK mobile network, but I have had problems with my friends being charged to ring me when I had a Lyca/Lebara pay-as-you-go account in the past and want to be sure this isn't the case with o2.

There will be no extra costs for your friends to call your O2 number. It will just come out of their allowance as it would ringing any network.
