@pgn ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks @MI5

@2Rcarlin - calling an Irish +353 number from Northern Ireland will carry a cost, and as you posted in Pay Monthly, I can only ask - have you used MyO2 unintentionally to bar, or prevent by Cap, calls to international numbers (or has O2 had cause to reduce your service for any reason)? Guide: O2 BARs or Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2

Are you close enough to a border to roam onto an Irish network and call the number for free?

@2Rcarlin To add to the advice from @pgn, when you can eventually call the number in Southern Ireland, if you and the number you're calling both have WhatsApp you can call using a WiFi connection for free.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
